1. Services Provided
BeOut Travel (“we,” “our,” “us”) acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We arrange and facilitate travel-related services but do not own or operate all these services.
2. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are quoted in USD or EURO and may change without prior notice.
- A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- The balance (if any) must be paid by the due date stated in your booking confirmation.
- Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (airlines, hotels, tours).
- BeOut Travel will communicate applicable cancellation terms at the time of booking.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the provider’s policies and may include administrative fees.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused services.
4. Travel Documents & Requirements
- Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required travel documents.
