Your adventure begins with an early morning drive from Sharm El Sheikh to Taba Port, where you’ll board the ferry boat from Taba to Aqaba. After a scenic crossing of the Gulf of Aqaba, continue your journey by bus through the rugged Jordanian desert until you reach the spectacular ancient city of Petra.
Entering Petra through the narrow Siq Canyon, you’ll be amazed as the breathtaking Treasury (Al-Khazneh) suddenly reveals itself, one of the most famous and awe-inspiring monuments in the world. Your guided tour continues through Petra’s vast archaeological park, where you’ll see the Royal Tombs, the Street of Facades, the Roman Theater, and ancient temples carved directly into the rose-colored cliffs.
After exploring this once-in-a-lifetime destination, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before heading back to Aqaba. From there, you’ll take the ferry boat back to Taba, followed by your transfer to Sharm El Sheikh, bringing back memories of an unforgettable day of history and wonder.
